All sales at The Golden Shoestring are final. Due to the nature of consignment and the sale of pre-owned, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all items are sold as-is and may show signs of wear consistent with their pre-owned condition. While we do our best to accurately represent each item, minor imperfections may not always be noted.

Refunds or store credit will only be considered if an item is proven to be not authentic or materially misrepresented. Any claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. All determinations are made at the sole discretion of The Golden Shoestring.
